  I scheduled for my windshield to be repaired same day service between 1pm-5pm, I waited around until 6pm and never heard from the technician who was supposed to call when we got here. When I went out to my car, which had been unlocked, there was a repair form inside stating the services done. They really need to call so that people done waste an hour of their day waiting around and trying to get ahold of a company that can't even get ahold of their techs after hours. .
